We act as the Data Controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We process personal data solely to provide energy orchestration services, optimize grid interactions, and maintain account security.

02. Telemetry & Collection

To operate the EIP (Energy Intelligence Processor), we collect:

  • Energy Data: Real-time consumption, solar generation, and battery telemetry.
  • Technical Metadata: IP addresses, browser versions (for security/fraud prevention).
  • Contact Info: Name, email, and phone (only when voluntarily provided via Pilot forms).

03. User Sovereignty (Rights)

Right to Access
Request a full export of your raw energy and personal data logs.
Right to Erasure
"Right to be forgotten." We will purge all non-billing records upon request.
Right to Rectification
Correct any inaccuracies in your profile or site configuration.
Right to Object
Opt-out of specific data processing like marketing analytics.
